Pearl Health is dedicated to empowering primary care providers, health systems, and physician-led networks to succeed in the shift to value-based care. Our platform delivers the technology, financial tools, and expert services that enable practices to provide more proactive, effective care to their Medicare patients, ultimately lowering costs and improving health outcomes.
Founded in 2020, we are backed by premier investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Viking Global Investors, and AlleyCorp. We partner with thousands of providers across 44 states to build a more sustainable future for American healthcare.
As a Product Manager on Pearl Health's Data Platform team, you will help build and maintain the infrastructure that every engineering team at Pearl depends on. The platform processes healthcare claims, clinical signals, and vendor data at scale. When the platform works well, teams across Analytics, Operations, and Engineering move faster and with more confidence.
You will own day-to-day product operations for our data platform team: writing specs, managing the backlog, running sprint ceremonies, and coordinating with cross-functional partners. Your work will directly support initiatives in developer enablement, data quality, security controls, and ingestion tracking.
We are hiring a Product Manager to support our Data Platform team. This team builds and maintains the core infrastructure that every other engineering team at Pearl depends on to move data reliably.
You will work alongside a senior PM and engineering leads to manage day-to-day product responsibilities for the platform. That means helping define requirements, writing specs, running sprint ceremonies, tracking delivery, and keeping cross-functional partners informed.
The platform handles data ingestion, compute orchestration, data contracts, storage standards, and workflow management. Your work will directly affect how quickly and safely Pearl processes healthcare data across all programs.
Near-term priorities include building a Data Operations UI, improving local integration testing for engineers, standing up an ingestion registry, and supporting security and compliance controls for PHI.
Own portions of the team backlog. Keep tickets clear, prioritized, and up to date.

Run sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives with engineering.
Track delivery against the roadmap. Flag risks and blockers early.

Document platform workflows, data contracts, and decision rationale.
Investigate and triage data issues. Help determine root cause and next steps.

You write clearly and communicate well across technical and non-technical audiences.
You stay organized under pressure and know how to keep multiple workstreams moving.
You want to learn how healthcare data works and why it matters.
Experience at an early-stage or growth-stage startup is a plus.
