Summary

Noodle is hiring a Director, Integrated Marketing to join their Marketing team. Noodle is higher education’s leading strategy, services, and technology partner.

About the role

Noodle is higher education’s leading strategy, services, and technology partner. We develop infrastructure, provide life-changing learning experiences, and grow the awareness of and the enrollment in some of the best academic institutions in the world. Our vision is “to empower universities to change the world.” We achieve this vision by offering our university partners various products and services that help them be more resilient, responsive, efficient, and interconnected.

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic, data-driven marketing leader to serve as the client-facing marketing lead for our university partner. As an Integrated Marketing Director, you'll function as both a hybrid strategist and day-to-day manager of all marketing-related functions, overseeing the creation, execution, and optimization of comprehensive marketing strategies that drive enrollment growth.

Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll manage a lean team of creative and media resources while collaborating directly with enrollment leadership to craft a recruitment marketing strategy that is data-informed, integrates real-time market feedback, and aligned to the university brand. This role requires an innovator mindset, embracing an iterative approach, leading with data, and pivoting to meet targets.

As a Director, Integrated Marketing you will support:

  • Partner Engagement: Serve as the primary client-facing marketing lead for a portfolio of academic programs, building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional partner satisfaction

  • Performance-Driven Recruitment Marketing: Oversee both traditional and innovative marketing campaign approaches, continuously monitoring emerging trends, consumer preferences, and performance data insights to strategize on new channel testing for expanded audience reach

  • Brand Alignment: Create memorable, authentic, and compliant interactions with the university partner brand

  • Performance Insights: Review dashboards and generate insights to optimize marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and the enhancement of the institution’s market position

  • Storytelling: Synthesize key insights, recommendations, and plans in a clear, concise, and coherent way; create executive-level materials and presentations to drive buy-in and alignment

  • Team Collaboration:  Strategize with Noodle General Manager and Enrollment Director on performance-driven tactics and partner-facing communications. Work closely with the Marketing Manager, Audience Partnerships responsible for discovering high-value audiences beyond traditional marketing channels, cultivating marketing partnerships, and launching and measuring partnership campaigns. Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across Creative, Demand Generation, Analytics, and Project Management for successful execution of work.

  • Innovation & Efficiency: Leverage AI effectively to generate operational efficiencies and drive scale

  • You have:

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 7-10 years of previous marketing experience, with a significant portion in higher education, education technology, or B2B2C business models

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships

  • Previous experience managing direct reports preferred

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Experience in building strong cross-functional and senior-level relationships, influencing stakeholders, and driving alignment throughout an entire partnership

  • Experience reviewing marketing content created for clients

  • Familiarity with Wrike, or a similar project management system, is a plus

  • Ability to delegate and follow up with partners, colleagues, and vendors in a positive and effective manner

  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets)

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing, matrix environment by effectively working across diverse groups and hierarchical levels

  • Role Requirements:

  • Location: Must reside in the continental US, within close proximity to a major airport to facilitate travel to partner universities, as the role requires travel up to 20% of the time

  • Internet Connectivity: As this role is primarily remote, a reliable, high-speed internet connection is essential, along with a quiet, organized workspace for participating in camera-on, partner-facing meetings

  • Core Business Hours: Available during core hours from 9am-5pm Eastern Time.
