About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Vice President (SVP) of Partnerships to accelerate Later’s enterprise growth. This strategic sales role will unlock new revenue, deepening enterprise relationships, and positioning Later as the partner of choice for the world’s leading brands and agencies. You will represent Later at the highest levels, build scalable partnership frameworks, and directly influence our company’s trajectory in the creator economy.

This role collaborates closely with executive leadership, product, marketing, and operations. It is open to fully remote candidates in North America.

What you’ll do:

Strategy

  • Identify and prioritize new market opportunities across enterprise brands and agency ecosystems.
  • Translate industry and customer insights into strategies that ensure Later’s offering remains innovative and differentiated.

Technical / Execution

  • Build and manage a high-value pipeline of enterprise prospects, driving substantial net new revenue.
  • Lead complex enterprise negotiations, structuring deals that deliver measurable impact for clients and scalable value for Later.
  • Partner with product and marketing to ensure solutions meet evolving enterprise needs in influencer marketing, branded content, and measurement.
  • Establish scalable sales processes that optimize velocity and strengthen partner satisfaction.

Team / Collaboration

  • Act as a senior cross-functional leader, aligning partnership goals with broader business strategy.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers at global brands, agencies, and platform partners.
  • Represent Later externally at conferences, industry forums, and key client engagements as a thought leader and brand ambassador.
  • Partner closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of enterprise solutions.

Research / Best Practices

  • Conduct competitive and market analyses to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Implement data-driven decision-making, leveraging insights to continuously refine strategy and execution.
  • Stay ahead of emerging creator economy trends, evolving Later’s enterprise positioning accordingly.

What success looks like:

  • Significant enterprise revenue growth driven through new partnerships and expanded relationships.
  • Consistent overachievement of enterprise sales targets and partnership goals.
  • Later is recognized as a trusted partner by top-tier brands and agencies.
  • Scalable frameworks and processes are in place to accelerate enterprise deal velocity.

What you bring:

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership in enterprise sales, partnerships, or business development, ideally within SaaS, martech, or creator economy businesses.
  • Proven success in negotiating and closing large, complex enterprise deals with brands and agencies.
  • Deep expertise in the creator economy, social media, and influencer marketing, with strong industry relationships.
  • Track record of scaling partnership or enterprise sales teams and building repeatable processes.
  • Exceptional executive relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce) to drive strategy and decision-making.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree is an asset.

How you work:

  • Driven by Impact: You deliver results that matter—prioritizing high-value work, meeting deadlines, and adapting quickly while keeping outcomes clear.
  • Strategic & Customer-Centric: You anticipate risks and opportunities, connect decisions to long-term growth, and build trust through proactive insights.
  • Curious & Growth-Oriented: You seek knowledge, ask sharp questions, and apply learnings fast—challenging the status quo with a mindset of improvement.
  • Collaborative & Resilient: You thrive in change by staying resourceful, solution-focused, and positive—removing roadblocks, sharing insights, and keeping morale high.
  • Accountable & Honest: You own your work, hold yourself and others to a high bar, and use transparent feedback to drive growth.
  • Emotionally Intelligent: You build trust through empathy and collaboration, foster inclusion, and inspire others with grit, optimism, and integrity.

Our approach to compensation:

We take a market-based & data-driven approach to compensation. We leverage data from trusted third-party compensation sources to help us understand the market value of a role based on function, level, geographic location, and scope. We evaluate compensation bi-annually, including performance and market-related factors.

Our salaries are benchmarked against market Total Cash Compensation for the geographic location of our job posting. Compensation for some roles is structured as On Target Earnings (OTE = base + commission/variable) while for others it is structured as Salary only.

To comply with local legislation and ensure transparency, we share salary ranges on all job postings. Skills, experience and other factors help determine the final salary we offer which may vary from the original range posted.

Additionally, all permanent team members are eligible to participate in various benefits plans as part of their overall compensation package.

Salary Range:

  • Base Salary: $175,000–$225,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Variable: Significant, uncapped commission structure
