We serve as a technical partner for the field, helping customers and internal teams see the value of GitLab's platform approach during complex engagements. We work closely with go-to-market and product organizations, bringing field feedback into conversations about product direction, services, enablement, and value messaging. As a distributed team in an all-remote environment, we rely on clear communication, sound judgment, and common practices to work with customers across regions. We play an important role in GitLab's continued growth by combining technical depth, strong customer relationships, and operational discipline. For more on how we work, see Solution Architecture Handbook.
Please note that we welcome interest from candidates with varying levels of experience; many successful candidates do not meet every single requirement. Additionally, studies have shown that people from underrepresented groups are less likely to apply to a job unless they meet every single qualification.
