  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of Project Managers in their day-to-day operations.
  • Provide coaching and guidance as teams prepare for monthly financial and project reviews.
  • Strategically allocate project resources based on business needs, project complexity, and individual strengths.
  • Partner with leadership and recruiting teams to support hiring efforts and organizational growth.
  • Develop, document, and improve processes to drive consistency and operational excellence across the PM organization.
  • Analyze project feedback and performance metrics to help shape department strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support the successful execution of complex automation and material handling projects across Parcel and/or Distribution & Fulfillment environments.
  • Help build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring teams deliver on commitments.

We are excited about you because…

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. PMP certification is a plus.
  • You have experience managing projects within material handling, automation, Parcel or Distribution & Fulfillment, warehouse operations, or related industries.
  • You bring 4 to 7+ years of Project Management experience, including experience leading or mentoring teams.
