Doppel is hiring a Solutions Architect, Detections to join their remote team. We help some of the world’s most recognized brands detect and dismantle attacker infrastructure while strengthening employee resilience through threat-informed training and simulation. Key skills: AI.

We are looking for a Solutions Architect, Detections to improve detection workflows and support key customer implementations. You will optimize sourcing and detection capabilities, partner with Product and Engineering, and help drive scalable platform improvements.
Design, test, and optimize sourcing queries, collection methods, enrichment logic, and detection workflows across available data sources and platform capabilities.
Partner with Product and Engineering to communicate customer feedback, emerging threat patterns, and platform gaps.
Analyze recurring trends across alerts, escalations, and customer environments to inform scalable platform and process improvements.
Support onboarding, implementation, and ongoing detection workflows for select customers.
3+ years of experience in solutions engineering or threat intelligence.
Strong ability to support customer requests, and collaborate in cross-functional discussions with product and engineering teams.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Comfort working in a fast moving, high growth environment.
Experience with detections methodology is helpful but not required.
A thoughtful, curious, and resourceful approach to problem solving.
