In This Role

In this role, you will support a global technology client’s web strategy and integrated marketing organization by helping manage high-visibility web properties, product launch initiatives, and campaign execution. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, design, engineering, operations, vendors, and business teams to ensure web projects are delivered on time, with strong operational rigor, clear communication, and launch readiness.

This role is ideal for a seasoned technical program/project manager with strong experience in web operations, digital marketing campaigns, stakeholder coordination, and structured delivery processes. The environment is fast-paced and launch-driven, requiring someone who can manage dependencies, drive alignment, track execution, and ensure quality, accessibility, privacy, and compliance standards are met.

Responsibilities

  • Project manage end-to-end delivery for product launches, marketing campaigns, and web initiatives.
  • Build and maintain workback schedules, project plans, dependency trackers, launch readiness plans, and status updates.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to support launch planning, execution, and post-launch follow-up.
  • Manage project intake, prioritization, ticketing, issue tracking, and progress reporting using project management and collaboration tools.
  • Support launch readiness activities, including QA coordination, go/no-go checkpoints, risk tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Help implement standardized processes, templates, SLAs, launch playbooks, and operational best practices.
  • Ensure web deliverables meet quality, accessibility, privacy, compliance, and release governance standards.
  • Facilitate communication across business, marketing, design, engineering, and vendor teams to keep deliverables on track.
  • Identify project risks, blockers, gaps, and process improvement opportunities, and drive resolution with the appropriate teams.
  • Support administrative and operational responsibilities related to project execution, reporting, and process validation.

Qualifications

  • 8–10+ years of experience in technical project or program management, preferably supporting digital, web, marketing, or product launch initiatives.
  • Strong experience managing end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, dependency management, risk management, and launch readiness.
  • 8–10+ years of experience managing stakeholder communication across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with integrated marketing campaigns, web operations, or high-volume digital campaign execution.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, waterfall project management, and software development life cycle processes.
  • Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, ClickUp, Wrike, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with intake processes, ticketing systems, issue tracking, and release governance workflows.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to keep stakeholders aligned in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate vendors, cross-team partners, and business stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple priorities, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting web production processes, including design, content management, QA, accessibility, privacy, and compliance reviews.
  • Experience working with CMS platforms and web publishing workflows.
  • Background supporting large-scale product launches, digital campaigns, or high-visibility web properties.
  • Experience creating or improving standardized processes, templates, SLAs, playbooks, and operational documentation.
  • Experience coordinating launch readiness, go/no-go processes, release reviews, and structured quality checkpoints.
  • Familiarity with cross-channel marketing campaign execution.
  • Experience working in large enterprise or technology-driven environments.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with marketing, design, engineering, operations, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working remotely with flexible hours to support stakeholders across time zones.

 

Salary Range 

At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $100,000– $110,000 per annum.  Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
