What you’ll do:

Design, build and ship full-stack features in Python and TypeScript, using AI-assisted workflows to accelerate execution while maintaining high quality and ownership from concept through iteration
Design and evolve systems with a strong focus on architecture, boundaries and long-term maintainability, making sound technical decisions across APIs, data models, caching and testing
Own problem spaces end-to-end, including shaping ambiguous requirements, defining the right approach and guiding execution toward robust, scalable solutions
Continuously improve the codebase by simplifying solutions, reducing technical complexity and driving changes that have an impact across the team and system
Guide and review implementation, including work produced through AI-assisted workflows, ensuring quality, consistency and alignment with system design

What we’re looking for:

Strong coding ability in JavaScript or TypeScript and at least one backend language, combined with the ability to evaluate, guide and refine implementation to reach production-ready outcomes efficiently
Proven experience building and shipping features in a fast-moving product environment, with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions with real impact
Experience owning features end-to-end, including shaping requirements, making technical decisions and iterating based on feedback and outcomes
Strong understanding of system design, with attention to architecture, abstraction and long-term maintainability
Experience using AI-assisted development tools, or a strong interest in adopting them as a core part of how you design, build and iterate on software
