Job Summary

This role sits within the New Business & Marketing team and serves as the operational backbone of the company’s growth efforts. The position supports both inbound business development opportunities and marketing initiatives, partnering closely with executive leadership, business development leads, and marketing strategists.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end project execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to scope.

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.

  • Coordinate and drive collaboration across cross-functional teams, including Account, Creative, Strategy, Media, and Production.

  • Monitor project budgets, hours, and resource utilization against Statements of Work (SOWs).

  • Proactively identify risks, roadblocks, and scope changes, and drive resolutions to keep projects on track.

  • Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and client-facing teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

  • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.

  • Improve operational processes, workflows, and project management practices to increase efficiency and quality.

 

Qualifications and Job Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of Project Management experience.

  • Agency experience is required.

  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-phase marketing or advertising campaigns.

  • Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and capacity planning.

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams across Client Services, Creative, Strategy, and Production.

  • Strong ability to manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and scope.

  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Asana, Harvest, Salesforce, Workfront, Monday.com, or similar platforms.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

  • Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2) is required.

  • Only candidates based in LATAM will be considered.
