Summary

Easypost 2 is hiring a Senior Product Manager to join their Product team. 🧡📦💙Founded in 2012, EasyPost is a YC unicorn whose mission is to make shipping simple for businesses—from garage startups to the Fortune 500. Key skills: Go, REST.

About the role

🧡📦💙Founded in 2012, EasyPost is a YC unicorn whose mission is to make shipping simple for businesses—from garage startups to the Fortune 500. Shipping, now more than ever, is the backbone of the global economy, but integrating the technology-enabled operations of a modern business with the low-tech and complex shipping industry has always been a challenge. EasyPost solves this problem with the first developer-friendly REST API for shipping, and we continue to push boundaries and discover new ways to simplify shipping for all. Our team is rapidly growing, and this is the perfect time to get on board. Join us and help build the shipping infrastructure of the future. We’re builders, problem-solvers, and “there has to be a better way” people. We like elegant architecture, fast decisions, and shipping (pun intended) improvements that power millions of deliveries every day. We stay scrappy, we move fast, and we don’t wait for permission to innovate in an industry that desperately needs it. If you want to work on systems that actually move the world—literally—you’re in the right place. 🚚✨

EasyPost does not consider candidates who misrepresent their identity, experience, employment history, or technical qualifications. Applications containing false information, stolen professional profiles, or unverifiable credentials will be removed from consideration. We conduct early-stage verification of resumes, LinkedIn profiles, GitHub accounts, and other relevant professional information as part of our hiring process.

Position Summary:

EasyPost is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Senior Product Manager to lead our Carrier Platform portfolio and drive the next phase of growth across our carrier ecosystem. This role owns the product strategy, roadmap, and commercial success of one of EasyPost's most critical business domains, responsible for sustaining and accelerating a non-USPS carrier business currently exceeding $12M in annual revenue, with significant growth potential over the next several years.

As the product leader for carrier integrations and partnerships spanning USPS, FedEx, UPS, Amazon, Veho, and a growing network of regional and global carriers, you will define the vision and strategy that strengthens EasyPost's position as the leading multi-carrier shipping platform. You will identify opportunities to deepen carrier relationships, unlock new revenue streams, improve customer adoption of carrier services, and deliver differentiated shipping capabilities across our API and platform offerings.

This role sits at the intersection of product, partnerships, engineering, and go-to-market execution. Success requires strong product judgment, technical fluency, customer empathy, and the ability to influence both internal stakeholders and external partners. You will be responsible for translating market opportunities and customer needs into scalable platform investments that drive measurable business outcomes across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

o Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for EasyPost's carrier ecosystem. Balance customer needs, partner priorities, technical investments, and business objectives to create sustainable competitive advantage and long-term growth.

o Identify and execute high-impact initiatives that increase carrier adoption, diversify shipping volume, and generate incremental revenue. Evaluate emerging carrier opportunities and scale strategic partnerships into meaningful contributors to the EasyPost business.

o Serve as the primary product counterpart for major carrier relationships, including USPS, FedEx, UPS, Amazon, Veho, and regional providers. Build trusted partnerships, align on shared objectives, and ensure product investments create value for both EasyPost and carrier partners.

o Conduct customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to uncover unmet needs and emerging opportunities. Transform insights into product solutions that improve customer outcomes, expand platform capabilities, and create new monetization opportunities.

o Partner closely with Engineering to define, prioritize, and deliver carrier integrations, APIs, platform enhancements, and operational capabilities that improve reliability, flexibility, and customer experience. Ensure investments align with measurable business outcomes and long-term platform strategy.

o Lead alignment across Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, Growth, Analytics, Customer Success, and Support teams. Ensure product initiatives are supported by effective positioning, go-to-market plans, enablement, and customer adoption strategies.

o Partner with Product Leadership, Finance, and Commercial teams to evaluate pricing opportunities, packaging strategies, and carrier-driven enhancements that increase customer value and maximize revenue across the EasyPost platform.

o Define and manage key performance indicators across carrier partnerships, product adoption, revenue growth, and customer success. Use data-driven insights to evaluate performance, prioritize investments, and continuously improve outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

o Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

o 6+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, Platform Products, Partnerships, or related disciplines.

o Proven track record of delivering measurable business impact through product strategy, platform investments, or strategic partnerships.

o Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market, and external stakeholders.

o Strong understanding of logistics, shipping, eCommerce platforms, marketplaces, APIs, or network-based business models.

o Experience working with external partners and managing enterprise-level stakeholder relationships.

o Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs and market opportunities into product strategy, roadmaps, and successful launches.

o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience leveraging data to drive prioritization and decision-making.

o Excellent communication, influence, and executive stakeholder management skills.

o Experience operating effectively in high-growth, fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

o Experience working directly with parcel carriers, logistics providers, transportation networks, or fulfillment platforms.

o Experience managing API-based, developer-focused, or platform products.

o Familiarity with pricing, monetization, or marketplace growth strategies.

o Experience leading strategic partnerships that resulted in meaningful revenue growth or market expansion.
