    • Tracking and updating grant calendars, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure compliance and on-time submissions
    • Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records in the grants database and CRM, ensuring data integrity across the full portfolio
    • Managing the grants inbox, monitoring incoming requests and updates, and routing information to the appropriate team members
    • Sending reminders to fundraisers and internal partners to ensure regional grants, reports, and supporting materials stay on track

STRATEGIC COMMUNICATION AND DONOR ENGAGEMENT (40%)

    • Manage BBYO’s direct mail program, including planning, drafting, coordinating approvals, tracking timelines, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to successfully execute five initiatives per year
    • Draft key communications from CEO to major donors, ensuring messages are timely, polished, mission-driven, and aligned with BBYO’s voice
    • Support donor engagement efforts, helping prepare materials, messaging, briefings, and follow-up communications that inspire giving
    • Support on-the-ground donor engagement and communications efforts around BBYO International Convention, including helping prepare materials, coordinating donor touchpoints, and facilitating communications
    • Partner with colleagues to identify and elevate stories of impact that can be used across grants, donor communications, direct mail, and stewardship materials
