Location
Our Senior Deal Desk Analyst will be an integral part of our global Deal Desk. This role is based remotely in the UK or Ireland. It’s our experience that this allows for maximum collaboration with geographically diverse Sales and Finance teams located across the Americas, EMEA, Israel, and APJ.

Who We Are
DoiT is a global technology company that works with cloud-driven organizations to leverage the cloud to drive business growth and innovation. We combine data, technology, and human expertise to ensure you’re operating in a well-architected and scalable state - from planning to production.

Delivering DoiT Cloud Intelligence, the only solution that integrates advanced technology with human intelligence, we help you solve complex multicloud problems and drive efficiency.

With decades of multicloud experience, we have specializations in Kubernetes, GenAI, CloudOps, and more. An award-winning strategic partner of AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure, we work alongside more than 4,000 customers worldwide.

The Opportunity
We’re excited to continue building out the new Deal Desk team to help drive the next wave of growth here at DoiT. The Senior Deal Desk Analyst will be a key early member of a team, focused on enabling Sales teams and accelerating revenue growth. They will do this in primarily two ways: 1) Better deals and 2) More deals.

Better deals means developing and implementing clear pricing strategies and partner incentive programs that maximize bookings and net revenue. It’s helping coach sellers through relevant DoiT policies and finding creative paths to win commercially. More deals means driving clear efficient processes, policies, and approval guidelines that help remove the sand in the gears for sellers: improving contract velocity, streamlining administrative overhead, and giving the Sales team time back to do what they do best…sell.

Reporting directly to the Head of Deal Desk & Strategic Pricing, this role requires a unique balance of creative deal structuring, maniacal attention to detail, and relationship management. The ideal candidate is someone who is a strong self starter, willing to work independently to help build and develop the Deal Desk program.

Responsibilities

  • You will be a key partner to the EMEA Sales Team, acting as a thought leader and  subject matter expert on what it takes to get a GOOD deal done:
    • Analyzing deal terms, risks, and opportunities
    • Providing guidance on pricing, discounts, and contract terms.
    • Ensuring deals are structured in a way that maximizes value for the company and minimizes risk
    • Managing the approval process for non-standard terms
  • Partner with the Sales teams to determine general pricing guidance, overall transaction qualifications, and review prepared quotes for accuracy on both complex and standard deals.
  • Lead deal reviews, ensuring all non-standard commercial terms are reviewed, approved, and properly documented
  • Partner with Legal to drive contracts to completion, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies - actively managing contract and execution risk
  • Work closely with BizOps to
  • Actively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to streamline the deal management process and drive throughput
  • Manage day-to-day ticket volume, ensuring proper guidance and escalating to the Head of Deal Desk when necessary
  • Assist with shaping the future of the team, including decisions on team tools, playbook, and structure

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of demonstrated ability in a high-performing Deals Desk, Finance, or Sales Ops teams at a high-growth, global tech company
  • Proven track record of helping enable Sales teams to drive measurable increases in deal velocity and revenue growth
  • Superior analytical background with strong problem-solving skills
  • Highly effective communication skills, including written and verbal
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively to drive results
  • Capable of explaining concepts clearly and credibly across all levels of the organization
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Adept at thinking on your feet amidst ambiguity
  • Excellent at working autonomously, given the difference in time zone with the rest of the team
  • Proven experience leading and influencing at various levels across the organization
  • Ability to handle conflict and navigate discussions to productive outcomes
