Our Client

The client is one of the Middle East’s leading strategic digital communications agencies, headquartered in Dubai with offices across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt. Founded in 2010, the agency has grown to more than 150 professionals and has been recognized as Campaign Middle East’s Digital Agency of the Year for multiple consecutive years. The client specializes in digital strategy, customer experience, content production, social media, technology, and digital transformation initiatives for major regional and global brands. The company partners with government entities, destination brands, and enterprise organizations to deliver large-scale digital experiences that drive cultural and economic impact.


Job Summary

They are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) CRM Operations Specialist to support campaign execution, audience management, marketing automation, and CRM operations for a large enterprise client.

Responsibilities

  • Build, execute, and optimize campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

  • Manage audience segmentation, data extensions, and subscriber lists.

  • Configure and maintain customer journeys and automation workflows.

  • Support email, SMS, and multi-channel campaign execution.

  • Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot delivery issues.

  • Partner with Marketing, CRM, Analytics, and Technology teams.

  • Ensure data quality, compliance, and governance standards are maintained.

  • Support testing, QA, and campaign deployment activities.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.

  • Experience with Journey Builder.

  • Experience with Automation Studio.

  • Experience with Email Studio.

  • Audience segmentation and list management experience.

  • Campaign deployment and QA experience.

  • CRM operations and marketing automation experience.Strong understanding of email marketing best practices.

  • Experience working with stakeholders across Marketing and Technology teams.

  • Availability to support Middle East business hours.

  • Fluent English Level.
