Location

While our company operates exclusively on a remote basis, you must reside and have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom or Spain.

 

About 

We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Partnership Manager to help scale our growing partner ecosystem. This is a role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and is energised by building relationships that translate directly into commercial impact, joint value, and new business opportunities.

Partnerships sit at the core of our commercial strategy at Lokalise. We have established a strong foundation across agency and technology partners, and now need someone who can actively expand and accelerate this motion. A key focus of this role will be identifying, recruiting, enabling, and onboarding high-potential solutions and agency partners globally, with a primary focus on EMEA and the US. You will also drive co-selling and co-marketing initiatives with strategic technology partners to generate pipeline and revenue impact.

This is a highly commercial, hands-on role for someone who is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating without rigid structure — someone who takes ownership, creates momentum, and turns opportunities into tangible business outcomes.

 

What You Will Do

  • Recruit, onboard, and enable new solutions and agency partners across EMEA and the US
  • Build joint value propositions with partners that drive mutual growth and customer success
  • Generate partner-sourced pipeline and revenue through proactive business development
  • Drive co-selling and co-marketing initiatives with technology partners
  • Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success to support pipeline generation and active deals
  • Map key decision-makers and champions within each partner to unlock high-impact opportunities
  • Maintain regular, structured engagement with partners across their sales, marketing, and leadership teams
  • Attend key industry events and conferences to build relationships and source new opportunities, with occasional travel to represent Lokalise and deepen partnerships

 

What You Must Have

  • 3+ years of experience in Partnerships and/or Sales within a B2B SaaS environment, with a consistent track record of exceeding targets
  • Proven track record of recruiting and scaling partners (solutions and agencies is a plus), with a highly commercial, opportunity-driven mindset and focus on generating new business
  • Experience building joint go-to-market plans and executing co-sell motions with partners
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to build genuine, long-term relationships
  • Proactive, self-starting mindset, with the ability to create structure and drive progress in fast-moving, often undefined environments
  • Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth setting
  • Experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders, including C-suite
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools and approaches in your work, with a proactive mindset to explore and apply AI in ways that enhance productivity, decision-making, and go-to-market impact

 

It’s a Plus If You Have

  • Experience with solutions and digital agency partners
  • Experience working with cloud marketplaces, particularly AWS
  • Prior experience in the localization industry
