Role Overview
Beghou is seeking a senior leader to define and scale a modern Medical Affairs enablement and insights capability within our growing commercialization portfolio.
This is not a traditional Medical Affairs leadership role. This Partner will shape a differentiated offering that strengthens medical teams at launch and in early lifecycle by elevating operational effectiveness, insight generation, and integration with Commercial and Access. Please note, Beghou is not building a full-service scientific, evidence generation, or compliance focused medical organization.
As Medical and Commercial functions increasingly converge, this role will position Beghou at the forefront of modern medical enablement. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution, helping life sciences organizations deploy field medical resources effectively, capture and synthesize actionable insights, and build foundational infrastructure that enables long-term impact.
This is a unique opportunity to build and scale a high-impact practice area aligned to Beghou’s core strengths in data, analytics, AI, and operational excellence.
17+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Operations, or related advisory roles within life sciences.
Demonstrated leadership in Medical Affairs or consulting environments with direct exposure to field medical teams.
Deep understanding of Medical’s role in launch, early lifecycle, and specialty commercialization models.
Experience designing or optimizing medical team sizing, deployment, alignment, or performance measurement frameworks.
Strong familiarity with KOL strategy, medical insight capture processes, and analytics enablement.
Working knowledge of CRM platforms, data infrastructure, and AI-driven insight synthesis.
Proven ability to establish executive credibility and build long-term client relationships.
Track record of winning and leading strategic consulting engagements.
Ability to operate within a commercially oriented pyramid structure and collaborate cross-functionally across analytics, data science, and commercialization teams.
