Summary

Aledade is hiring a Operations Specialist to join their remote team. The Operations Specialist provides day-to-day operational support for the ACO.

The Operations Specialist provides day-to-day operational support for the ACO. Specific responsibilities may vary based on the operational needs of the market, but may include:

Primary Duties

  1. Preparation of materials such as board presentations, practice communications, and minutes for ACO board meetings.

  2. Coordination of key events such as ACO retreats, ACO kick-offs, and ACO board meetings for providers and field teams.

  3. Assist in designing and implementing a range of key reports (financial reports, KPIs) using relevant business intelligence and customer relationship management tools.

  4. Monitoring of compliance activities

  5. Support the Market President / Executive Director and field team on special projects, data requests and other program reporting requirements, as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree plus 1 to 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Preferred knowledge, skills, and/or abilities

  • Healthcare Industry experience is a plus.

  • Project management process knowledge is a plus.

  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing startup environment.

  • Physical Requirements

  • Ability to travel up to 10-25% of the time, as needed (market dependent)
