About the role

 About Us:

We offer product expertise, technical and application support, system design, and operational support, thereby meeting our clients’ specific needs and requirements. Leveraging our market leadership in the commercial, industrial, healthcare/life sciences, and residential building markets, we are expanding our service and solution offerings and building our footprint both organically and through acquisitions.

Role: Microsoft Dynamics Trainer

Ambient Enterprises is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Field Service Trainer to lead training and functional support initiatives across newly acquired and existing business units. This role will focus on ensuring that sales, service dispatch, and administrative teams are fully trained and supported in utilizing Dynamics CRM and Field Service applications effectively. In addition to training responsibilities, the Trainer will assist with testing new system features before they are deployed to the broader user community. This position requires substantial travel across the United States to deliver in-person training and support sessions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain training materials, including user guides, tutorials, and hands-on workshops, tailored to different teams and roles.
  • Provide ongoing support post go-live, assisting users with Dynamics CRM and Field Service navigation and troubleshooting inquiries.
  • Support onboarding of new employees to ensure proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics from day one.
  • Collaborate with IT teams, project managers, and business leaders to align training with deployment schedules and processes, while gathering feedback to refine programs.
  • Assist with functional testing of new features and updates, providing feedback to IT on usability and process improvements.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the United States (~50-75% of the time).

Requirements:

  • Proven experience delivering user training for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Field Service, or similar platforms.
  • Strong background in developing training materials, including manuals, quick reference guides, and workshop exercises.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex system functions into clear instructions.
  • Hands-on experience in user support, troubleshooting, and providing hyper-care post go-live.
Demonstrated capability in conducting system functional testing and documenting observations.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the United States (~50-75% of the time).
  • A problem-solving mindset with a focus on user experience and operational efficiency.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple training engagements independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in training roles involving CRM and Field Service applications, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar enterprise systems.
  • Prior experience supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) or functional system testing is advantageous.

Estimated compensation: $90,000-$115,000/yr with flexibility based on experience and skills.
