Manager, Creator Content & Video Editor (EU)

As our Manager, UGC & Video Editor (EU), you'll play a critical role in scaling the AG1 performance marketing across the DACH, the UK, European region, and APAC markets. You'll own the end-to-end creator content lifecycle—from sourcing and managing a diverse network of creators to producing localized, performance-driven video assets that fuel customer acquisition across Meta and YouTube.

This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role that blends creator sourcing, content production, creative project management, and video editing. Working closely with Growth, Creative, and Media teams, you'll continuously test, optimize, and scale creator-led content tailored to German-speaking audiences and other key international markets.

You'll be responsible for increasing the volume and quality of creator-generated concepts entering AG1's paid media testing pipeline while building a scalable network of creators across DACH, the UK, Europe, and APAC. WHAT YOU’LL DO

Creator Sourcing & Relationship Management

• Identifying, sourcing and recruiting creators across DACH, the UK, wider European markets and APAC
• Building and maintaining a diverse creator network aligned with AG1's target audiences
• Conducting creator outreach, negotiations and relationship management
• Evaluating creator fit based on content quality, audience relevance and performance potential
• Maintaining a healthy creator pipeline to support ongoing creative testing needs
• Staying on top of creator trends and emerging UGC formats across key European markets

Creator Production Management

• Translating campaign/project briefs into clear creator-facing briefs
• Managing creator projects from initial outreach through final asset delivery
• Coordinating timelines, deliverables and feedback rounds
• Ensuring content aligns with AG1 brand guidelines, legal guidelines / compliance requirements and market-specific nuances
• Acting as the primary point of contact for creators throughout the production process

Video Editing & Creative Iteration

• Editing creator content into performance-focused paid social ads for Meta and YouTube
• Creating multiple variations and iterations from existing creator footage
• Localising content across markets where appropriate
• Packaging and delivering final assets to media buying and growth teams
• Leveraging AI tools to improve editing efficiency and creative output

 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Native or fluent German speaker (required) with excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• 2–3+ years of experience sourcing, recruiting, and managing creators, influencers, or UGC talent
• 2–3+ years of experience editing high-performing short-form social content for performance marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of the German-speaking market, including cultural trends, consumer behavior, and localization best practices
• Deep knowledge of Meta and YouTube creative best practices, including short-form, long-form, and pre-roll content
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple creator partnerships and creative projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or comparable video editing software
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Runway, Sora, or similar platforms
• Experience localizing creative assets by adapting copy, pacing, messaging, and cultural nuance while maintaining brand consistency
• Experience in DTC, subscription, or health and wellness brands is a plus

AG1 is dedicated to providing equitable and competitive compensation & benefits packages. For this particular role, the base salary range is €57,000.00 - €80,000.00 and will ultimately be decided at the offer stage, based on an individual candidate’s level of skills and experience aligned with the needs of this role. Base salary is one component of total compensation for this position. We provide a competitive mix of base salary, performance bonus, and stock option allocation for eligible roles.
