Bloom is a full-service workplace design consultancy, proudly supporting Poppy & Peonies in their search for a Logistics Coordinator to join their team. If selected, you’ll join Poppy & Peonies directly as a valued member of their team. We’re excited to consider your application! Please note that applications will be accepted throughout the holiday season. Thank you for your patience and interest in this opportunity!

--------

Hi, I’m Natalie Dusome, Founder and CEO of Poppy & Peonies.

At Poppy & Peonies, we’re a fun and energetic brand that believes style and function should always go hand-in-hand. We’re passionate about creating practical pieces that make life a little easier and literally lighten the load.

Building Poppy & Peonies has been an incredible adventure. It all started when my daughter Poppy was born, and I found that my accessories no longer fit my new life as a mom. I needed bags with pockets and organization that looked cool but also had functionality. When I couldn’t find them, I decided to create them myself. And so, in 2015, Poppy & Peonies was born.

We’ve come a long way since then—from filling orders in my basement to appearing on Dragons’ Den, and now, expanding into new product categories and collaborating with exciting influencers and brands. It hasn’t always been smooth sailing, but thanks to our incredible community, we’ve never felt more loved and supported!

We believe in our responsibility to care for the environment and are passionate about preserving the health and welfare of our planet and the animals that live on it. That’s why all of our bags are made from high-quality vegan leather, and our entire product line is vegan, cruelty-free, and PETA-approved. We ship our products plastic-free and use a combination of recycled, compostable, and biodegradable materials to mitigate shipping waste. We are constantly looking for new ways to make our products and supply chain more sustainable, reducing our carbon footprint.

As our Logistics Coordinator, you will support the smooth movement of product from our suppliers to our third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse and ultimately to our customers across Canada and the U.S.

You will play a key role in coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate records, and supporting communication between internal teams, manufacturers, freight partners, and our 3PL provider. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to build a career in operations at a fast-growing fashion brand. You will help ensure that the right products arrive at the right place at the right time, supporting inventory accuracy, on-time fulfillment, and an exceptional customer experience.

This is a hands-on, entry-level role with strong exposure to 3PL operations, supply chain coordination, and cross-border logistics.

Does this sound like you?

  • Do you love organizing details and making sure nothing slips through the cracks?
  • Are you excited by the idea of keeping products moving smoothly from warehouse to customer?
  • Do you enjoy working with different teams and external partners to solve problems?
  • Are you someone who stays calm, organized, and communicative in a fast-paced environment?
If you answered yes, yes, and yes, we would love to hear from you!

The Opportunity:

  • Inbound logistics coordination: Support the coordination of inbound shipments from suppliers to our 3PL warehouse, including shipment documentation and scheduling.
  • 3PL support: Act as a day-to-day point of contact with our 3PL partner to support receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and inventory inquiries.

  • Shipment tracking: Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and proactively communicate updates or delays to internal teams.

  • Inventory accuracy: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records between internal systems and 3PL platforms, including basic reconciliation support.

  • Documentation management: Prepare, organize, and maintain shipping documents, packing lists, and customs paperwork as needed.

  • Issue resolution support: Help troubleshoot shipping errors, damages, or fulfillment discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams and 3PL partners.

  • Operational coordination: Support warehouse scheduling, seasonal volume planning, and product launch readiness.

  • Cross-functional support: Work closely with Operations, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Finance teams to support daily logistics needs.

  • Process improvement: Identify small but meaningful opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and communication within logistics workflows.

  • What You Bring to the Table:

  • 1-3 years of experience in operations, administration, or a related field. Logistics and supply chain experience is an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with ERP, OMS, or 3PL systems is an asset.

  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field is an asset.

  • Don’t worry if you don’t check every box. We care just as much about mindset, curiosity, and execution as we do about experience. If this role excites you, we encourage you to apply.

    The Recruitment Process:

  • Video screen with Niamh, Talent Advisor from Bloom
  • Video Interview with Josh, Inventory Management Consultant
  • Second Video Interview with Stephanie, VP Operations
  • Reference checks
  • Offer
  •
Applications will be accepted until July 22nd, 2026. Candidates can expect to hear from us regarding next steps by July 20th, 2026.

    Location

  • We’re seeking an exceptional candidate based in the US or Canada who values the flexibility of remote work while embracing the excitement of in-person experiences.
  • There will be occasional domestic and/or international travel for photoshoots, events, and team retreats.
  • Salary and Total Rewards

  • Annual Salary ranges from $50,000- $60,000
  • Performance bonus
  • 3 weeks of paid vacation per year
  • Health benefits coverage
  • $250 annual period & menstrual budget
  • $1,000 annual allowance towards Poppy & Peonies product
  • $400 home office setup allowance
  • All compensation and benefit amounts are reflected in local currency (CAD/USD) where applicable.

At Bloom, we see conversations around compensation as a continuous discussion. We encourage you to share your desired compensation early in the interview process, but we also understand that as you learn more about the role and the full benefits package, your expectations might evolve. Don't worry - there will be plenty of opportunities throughout the process to revisit and adjust those conversations if needed.
