What you will do

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot;
  • Contribute to the evolution of microservices architecture, ensuring performance, resilience, and maintainability;
  • Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and integrations across distributed systems;
  • Improve system observability, monitoring, and logging;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions aligned with business needs;
  • Participate in technical discussions, architecture decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives;
  • Follow engineering best practices, including code quality, testing, and automation;
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and cloud-native environments;
  • Support containerized applications using technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

 

We are looking for people with:

  • University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields;
  • Solid backend development experience with Java;
  • Experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices;
  • Experience developing and scaling high-throughput and distributed applications;
  • Experience with application monitoring and observability tools such as New Relic, Datadog, or similar platforms;
  • Experience with DevOps and cloud-native tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, or similar technologies;
  • Experience working in Agile environments;
  • Strong fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and problem solving;
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Framework technologies such as Spring Boot, Spring Security, and Spring MVC;
  • Knowledge of design patterns, software architecture, and development best practices;
  • Experience with software testing concepts, including unit, integration, regression, stress, and test automation;
  • Intermediate English communication skills, both written and spoken.
