  • Drive end-to-end process excellence across Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay workflows, identifying and resolving gaps between upstream systems and ERP through disciplined integration design and implementation

  • Identify and implement automation opportunities across finance workflows, with specific focus on deploying AI agents to replace manual processes and enhance operational efficiency

  • Establish and maintain robust operational controls, including disciplined change management, comprehensive data governance frameworks, and measurable SLAs across all financial systems to ensure audit readiness and SOX compliance

  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, IT, and Engineering to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions and drive continuous improvement

  • Lead system enhancements, upgrades, and third-party integrations while ensuring data integrity, scalability, and operational reliability across the broader application landscape

  • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and user support processes to champion best practices across finance teams

  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive measures to maintain system stability and security

You may be a good fit if you:

  • Have 7+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP administration and configuration across multiple financial modules

  • Possess deep expertise in end-to-end financial workflows including AP, AR, GL, month-end close, and consolidation processes

  • Have experience with AI/LLM technologies and have successfully implemented automation solutions in finance contexts

  • Bring excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

  • Have strong stakeholder management abilities and can build trusted relationships with finance leadership and cross-functional teams

  • Are passionate about leveraging technology to transform manual processes and create exceptional operational efficiency

  • Possess a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • Have experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with evolving requirements and priorities
