As the Field Marketing Manager, Education & Public Sector, you will support Lightcast's Education and Public Sector markets across the United States and Canada. This role drives awareness, engagement, pipeline growth, customer retention, and expansion through targeted marketing programs and campaigns.
Working closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams, you will translate market priorities into impactful content, events, and customer engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys driving measurable business outcomes.
Major Responsibilities:
Partner with Sales and Customer Success to support market priorities, customer needs, and growth opportunities
Gather market, customer, and competitive insights
Create content and execute campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, pipeline growth, retention, and expansion
Partner with Demand Generation and Product Marketing to deliver targeted programs and messaging
Support events, webinars, and customer engagement initiatives
Partner with Customer Success to drive advocacy, retention, and growth
Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to achieve business objectives
Use data and insights to optimize performance and impact
Education & Experience:
3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within Education, Government, Public Sector, Workforce Development, EdTech, SaaS, technology, data, research, or insights-based organizations required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Education, Public Policy, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred
Experience developing marketing campaigns, creating content, and partnering with Sales and Customer Success teams
Strong communication, content creation, project management, and stakeholder management skills
Customer-focused, commercially minded, and data-driven approach
Experience supporting customer engagement, retention, advocacy, and growth initiatives preferred
Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Workspace, and Slack
