Summary

Fieldguide is hiring a Director, GTM EMEA to join their Management team. Put simply, we build software for the people who enable trust between businesses. Key skills: Go.

About the role

About us

Fieldguide is establishing a new state of trust for global commerce and capital markets through automating and streamlining the work of assurance and audit practitioners specifically within cybersecurity, privacy, and financial audit. Put simply, we build software for the people who enable trust between businesses.

We’re based in San Francisco, CA, but built as a remote-first company that enables you to do your best work from anywhere. We're backed by top investors including Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives, Bessemer Venture Partners, 8VC, Floodgate, Y Combinator, DNX Ventures, Global Founders Capital, Justin Kan, Elad Gil, and more.

We value diversity — in backgrounds and in experiences. We need people from all backgrounds and walks of life to help build the future of audit and advisory. Fieldguide’s team is inclusive, driven, humble and supportive. We are deliberate and self-reflective about the kind of team and culture that we are building, seeking teammates that are not only strong in their own aptitudes but care deeply about supporting each other's growth.

As an early stage start-up employee, you’ll have the opportunity to build out the future of business trust. We make audit practitioners’ lives easier by bringing together up to 50% of their work and giving them better work-life balance. If you share our values and enthusiasm for building a great culture and product, you will find a home at Fieldguide

About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Director, EMEA to lead and scale our European presence across the region’s largest audit and advisory firms. This leader will own regional performance across revenue growth, customer outcomes, operational execution, and team development.

This is a highly cross-functional role responsible for driving go-to-market success across sales, customer success, services, and support in EMEA. Partnering closely with U.S.-based executive leadership, you’ll help execute and evolve the company’s international growth strategy while building the operational foundation to scale long term.

This is an opportunity to join at a pivotal stage of growth and play a foundational role in scaling the company’s international business. You’ll help shape the future of the EMEA organization while partnering closely with executive leadership on one of the company’s most strategic growth initiatives.

This is a remote position located in the United Kingdom (preferred) or Ireland. You will report to the VP of Sales.

What You’ll Do

  • Own regional business performance across EMEA, including revenue attainment, customer satisfaction, and operational execution

  • Lead and scale the company’s EMEA go-to-market organization across sales, customer success, support, and services functions

  • Carry and manage the regional revenue target, partnering closely with Account Executives and regional GTM leaders to drive pipeline and close strategic deals

  • Work directly with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and long-term customer success

  • Develop and execute regional hiring plans to support continued growth and customer demand

  • Partner with Executive leadership teams to align regional execution with global strategy, processes, and operating models

  • Identify operational gaps and proactively recommend scalable solutions as the EMEA business matures

  • Serve as a strategic thought partner on future regional infrastructure needs across services, support, and customer operations

  • Participate directly in customer conversations, strategic accounts, and complex deal cycles

  • Build strong relationships with key regional partners and customers across the audit and advisory ecosystem

In your first 6–12 months, you will:

  • Execute and refine the company’s EMEA go-to-market strategy

  • Help scale the regional customer-facing organization

  • Drive measurable revenue growth across the region

  • Strengthen strategic customer and partner relationships

  • Identify and close operational gaps as the business expands

  • Build the foundation for long-term EMEA growth and scale

About You

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, audit technology, financial services technology, or related industries

  • Proven experience leading revenue or go-to-market organizations in EMEA

  • Strong understanding of the audit, accounting, advisory, or risk/compliance ecosystem

  • Strong commercial leadership skills with experience managing regional quotas, forecasting, and GTM execution

  • Proven experience hiring, developing, and leading high-performing customer-facing teams in fast-growing environments

  • Experience managing cross-functional customer-facing teams, including sales, customer success, services, or support organizations

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping build regional infrastructure from the ground up

  • Executive presence with the ability to influence internally and externally

  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across international teams and time zones

Bonus Points

  • Experience selling into or working with firms such as BDO, KPMG, Grant Thornton, or similar organizations

  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-growing or startup environments
