Job Title: Customer Success Manager 

Reports to: Director, Customer Success 

Locations: France (remote).  Toulouse is our preferred location.

Travel: 10% (in EMEA)

Languages: English and French (native/C2 level)

 

A quick snapshot…

Own 10–15 enterprise SaaS accounts across Europe (€7M+ ARR), driving expansion, renewals, and long-term value.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
  • Drive adoption, QBRs, and measurable outcomes
  • Use data to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risk
  • Lead stakeholder alignment, roadmap planning, and value realization
  • Partner cross-functionally to resolve issues and optimise customer experience

Operate as a consultant, coach, and strategic partner—curious, proactive, and focused on delivering customer impact.

You’ll be the voice of the customer, driving adoption, uncovering expansion opportunities, and proactively managing risk. Partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Support, you’ll influence outcomes that directly impact customer value, retention, and growth.


What we’re looking for....

  • Enterprise CSM experience: Proven track record managing and growing strategic SaaS accounts, driving retention and expansion
  • Consultative mindset: Strong in stakeholder management, guiding executives and challenging thinking to drive outcomes
  • Commercial acumen: Able to identify growth opportunities and align success plans to business value
  • Data-driven: Comfortable using insights to inform strategy and measure impact
  • Technical confidence: Able to understand, position, and demo SaaS solutions effectively
  • Strong communicator: Clear, credible, and able to engage technical and business audiences
  • Proactive & curious: Anticipates challenges, asks the right questions, and drives change

What will give you an edge.....

  • Experience with CLM, CPQ, or revenue lifecycle solutions
  • Experience in industries such as Technology, Financial Services, or Healthcare
