  • Collaborate with the Curriculum Manager or Director to prioritize and implement curriculum improvements.

Standards Alignment & Mapping

Instructional Materials & Platform Implementation

  • Prepare curriculum for implementation within learning management systems (LMS) or proprietary platforms.

  • Ensure consistency in formatting, clarity, and usability of all instructional materials.

  • Collaborate with instructional designers and platform teams to ensure accurate course builds.

  • Review courses post-build to ensure fidelity to curriculum design.

  • Teach a minimum of two cohorts per year.

Faculty Support, Hiring & Professional Learning

  • Support faculty hiring processes as needed, including reviewing candidate qualifications and participating in interviews.

  • Lead and/or support faculty onboarding to ensure clear understanding of curriculum, instructional expectations, and assessment practices.

  • Assist in facilitating faculty meetings, ensuring alignment between instructional delivery and curriculum expectations.

  • Design, implement, and support Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) for faculty focused on instructional improvement, curriculum alignment, and candidate outcomes.

  • Collaborate with academic leadership to identify faculty development needs and contribute to training initiatives aligned to program goals and accreditation expectations.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Support

  • Collaborate with faculty, subject matter experts (SMEs), and academic leadership to refine curriculum.

  • Incorporate SME feedback into curriculum revisions while maintaining alignment and rigor.

  • Support faculty by clarifying assignment expectations, rubrics, and instructional intent.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., admissions, marketing, clinical practice teams) as needed to ensure alignment between curriculum and program messaging.
