POSITION SUMMARY
EarnIn is on a mission to build financial products that put people in control of their own money. Our compensation team plays a critical role in making sure we attract, retain, and reward the people who make that mission possible — fairly, transparently, and competitively. We’re looking for a Compensation Analyst to join our Total Rewards team. In this role, you’ll have direct responsibility for the day-to-day operations of our global compensation and equity programs — from maintaining salary structures and running market analyses to administering equity grants and supporting annual cycles. You’ll partner closely with People Partners, Finance, Legal, and our equity platform provider to keep our programs running smoothly and evolving as we scale.
This is a role with real scope and autonomy, suited to someone who can move fluidly between data analysis and clear communication with stakeholders. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship or immigration support for this position. This is a remote role, though it may require travel to our Mountain View HQ a few times a year. The remote base salary range for this full-time position is $113,000-$139,000, plus equity and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.Global Equity Administration
