Who You Are
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Recruiter to support hiring for clinical roles during a period of growth. This is a project-based independent contractor (1099) engagement focused on building qualified candidate pipelines.
What You'll Do
Partner with hiring stakeholders to clarify clinical requirements, licensure needs, priorities, and timelines.
Source candidates across job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and healthcare associations.
Conduct targeted searches using ATS platforms, LinkedIn, and recruitment databases.
Build and maintain talent pools for current and future clinical staffing needs.
Screen candidates for clinical qualifications, licensure, credentials, and role fit.
Share market insights on clinical talent availability, compensation trends, and licensing considerations.
What You'll Need
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in clinical/healthcare, specifically with Nurse Practitioners and/or Physicians
2+ years recruiting in a high-growth startup environment, ideally digital health or telemedicine
Strong understanding of clinical credentialing, multi-state licensure, and compliance requirements
Proven ability to source for niche licensed healthcare roles
Experience using AI within the recruiting process
Ability to independently manage multiple concurrent searches
Strong sourcing and screening skills, including passive candidate outreach
Experience with Lever or a comparable ATS
