About the role

Position Summary
The Clinical Account Manager (“CAM”) is an Exempt/Full-Time position responsible for driving account utilization of IOPS including providing education and field-based support to physicians and other clinical professionals who use or are interested in using Centerline Biomedical products.  This position is a hands-on role, requiring in-person customer meetings, procedural support in the operating room, and in-field assistance as needed with Centerline’s sales and marketing personnel, other CAM personnel, members of the R&D and executive team.  Specifically, the CAM position will serve as account managers, driving customer success with IOPS, resulting in greater IOPS usage and consumable product orders. 

The ideal candidate will be based near the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

Responsibilities/Duties
●    Provides clinical and product expertise to drive successful adoption and use of company products in existing and new accounts.
●    Provides account procedural support during cases in which IOPS is used.
●    Maintains existing business by driving utilization of company products.  Works to create greater awareness of IOPS at existing customers, including increasing the number of physicians and support staff who utilize IOPS.
●    Works with the customer’s clinical team and procedure scheduler to identify potential cases in which IOPS can be appropriately utilized. 
●    Collaborates with sales personnel to create plans for on-boarding new accounts. 
●    Responsible for creating and implementing plans for our existing accounts to help them succeed with the IOPS platform. Takes responsibility for the success of our customers with IOPS.
●    Provides weekly updates to the sales, executive team, and other CAM members and updates the account spreadsheet or CRM. 
●    Assists with limited market release of new products.
●    Supports sales team in promoting company products.
●    Supports sales team during the new account sales process.
●    Educates through case coverage, in-services, and office calls to drive toward account independence, working closely with physicians, administrators, nurses, and technologists.
●    Collects information and data from clinical use of company products to facilitate product development, evidence generation, and strategic planning.
●    Performs minor service or repair on products in the field.
●    Attends internal/external education meetings and maintains and enhances skills and clinical competency.
●    Organizes customer data, including consistent logging of daily activities such as case coverage and product education events.
●    Attends clinical conferences to provide exhibit support, answer attendee questions, observe clinical presentations, meet with existing customers for relationship-building or for other reasons.
●    Supports Centerline’s R&D efforts, including supporting remote or in-person (Centerline HQ or other locations) meetings, bench testing, animal labs, cadaver lab work.
●    Executes responsibilities in compliance with company policies including, but not limited to accurate and timely expense reporting, quote preparation and approval, working within company’s Compliance Policy, and updates to the CRM system.
●    Keeps abreast of and disseminates new competitor product and industry knowledge to the team, and remain current on Centerline’s products, services.
●    Collaborates with marketing team on go-to market strategies and see them through to successful completion.
●    Participates in Centerline’s annual and three-year strategic planning efforts as requested.
●    Additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications, Education, and Experience Required
Education and Experience 
●    Associate’s degree in a scientific field, Bachelor’s degree preferred
●    5+ years of educational or on-the-job training in radiologic technology, interventional radiology, or endovascular interventions

Abilities
●    Ability to rapidly acquire knowledge for all Centerline Biomedical products while working with the Engineering, Sales, and Marketing personnel
●    Familiarity with technical and clinical aspects of image-guided vascular interventions
●    Good understanding of fluoroscopic imaging; interventional devices such as guidewires, catheters, and sheaths; and minimally invasive implants such as stents and stent-grafts
●    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with audiences including medical doctors, surgical staff, and hospital administrative staff
●    Very high level of computer literacy and ability to follow technical instructions
●    Good collaboration skills, including working within cross functional teams to provide clinical, customer and market input during strategic and R&D discussions
●    Excellent organizational and decision-making abilities
●    Ability to travel up to 80% of the time, which may include weekends and/or holidays

Work Conditions:
Work is performed in a standard office environment, from a home office, at conferences, and in surgical/interventional suites in which radiographic imaging is used.  Essential functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to frequently bend, kneel, and reach; to lift, carry, and push/pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office and medical equipment that requires fine motor coordination; and to do these activities while wearing lead garments.
