  • Support onboarding and implementation activities for new interoperability partners and solutions including Athena, eClinicalWorks, and future integration projects.
  • Facilitate workflow discovery, requirements gathering, integration planning, and stakeholder discussions to drive successful interoperability outcomes. Coordinate discussions related to workflow requirements, data collection needs, and Ask-at-Order-Entry (AOE) requirements.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute documented testing scenarios, test scripts, and validation procedures for supported integrations.
  • Coordinate testing activities and support release validation, regression testing, and implementation readiness efforts.
  • Create and maintain integration documentation, workflow diagrams, testing artifacts, support runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and implementation records.
  • Document interface mappings, workflow decisions, message translations, dependencies, and operational considerations.
  • Work closely with Engineering, consultants, and interoperability platform resources supporting Redox, Corepoint, HL7 interfaces, APIs, and related technologies.
  • Develop an understanding of supported interoperability platforms, vendor capabilities, and integration workflows to support troubleshooting and future implementation efforts.
  • Demonstrate ownership by proactively coordinating stakeholders, driving discussions, documenting decisions, tracking action items, and ensuring issues progress to resolution.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of support, testing, documentation, and implementation processes across the interoperability portfolio

  • Strong customer service mindset with a focus on issue ownership and resolution.
