SentiLink supports a variety of ways to work, ranging from fully remote to in-office. We operate as a digital-first company with strong collaboration across the U.S. and India. We maintain physical offices in Austin, San Francisco, New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles, and Chicago in the U.S., and in Gurugram (Delhi) and Bengaluru in India. If you’re located near one of these offices, we would love for you to spend time in the office regularly. Some roles are hybrid or in-office by design. For example, our engineering team in India works primarily from our Gurugram office.

Role:

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling SentiLink solutions to prospective customers. You'll do this by helping them solve their fraud and identity problems using our products and developing long-term relationships with our partners. In this role you'll be aligned to a specific vertical, where you'll build deep expertise and own the market. Because we are a startup, we expect you to help build our company by wearing several hats as we scale.

SentiLink is hiring Account Executives across Mid Market, Enterprise, and Strategic Accounts. We'll match your segment, title, and scope to your experience.

This is a remote, US-based role.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to prospective partners within your assigned vertical to discover companies that we can serve

  • Own the sales process by leading meetings, building relationships, marshalling SentiLink resources to deliver solutions, preparing analytical business cases, and closing commercial agreements

  • Navigate complex organizations to align with decision makers and build champions within prospects and partners

  • Continue to drive value to our partners post-close by owning relationships and helping our partners be successful with our solutions

  • Represent SentiLink in accordance with our corporate values at all times

Requirements:

  • 5+ years successful experience in sales and business development

  • Track record of successfully employing a top-down sales motion for complex technical products

  • Experience selling into financial services or other verticals SentiLink is expanding into, such as fintech, crypto, insurance, healthcare, government, retail, ecommerce, retail energy or telecommunications

  • Familiarity with identity verification or other fraud detection solutions (or a strong willingness to learn)

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with a big appetite for winning and a hustling mentality

  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must live in the United States

Compensation:

$200,000-350,000 OTE + equity + benefits

Note: This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels, and the actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, and qualifications.
