CrossFit is looking to hire a Travel Coordinator Contractor to manage domestic and international travel logistics for our seminar staff. This role involves planning complex, multi-traveler itineraries while balancing cost-efficiency and traveler experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate and resolve challenges in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Book and coordinate flights, hotels, and ground transportation for domestic and international staff.
Research cost-effective travel options that align with company policy, budges and arrival requirements.
Track and maintain all travel itineraries, compiling individual travel arrangements into comprehensive travel plans for seminar staff.
Monitor travel schedules and proactively address changes, delays, cancellations, or other travel disruptions.
Assist with booking travel for groups and individuals traveling for special events and meetings.
Be on-call for travel emergencies one to two Friday nights per month.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or GED (required).
Experience coordinating domestic and international travel.
Proficiency with travel booking platforms, online research tools, and Google Workspace.
Experience coordinating travel for events, seminars, conferences, or corporate teams.
